Welcome to Linq pO! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services. By accessing or using Linq pO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Account Creation and Security

To use Linq pO, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for protecting your account. Linq pO is not liable for unauthorized access if you fail to maintain account security.

3. Your Content and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to any content you create, upload, post, send, or store through Linq pO. However, by submitting content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Host, store, cache, use, display, and reproduce your Content
• Modify, adapt, edit, and publish your Content
• Distribute and transmit your Content across our Services
• Use your Content for research and improvement of our Services

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use Linq pO to:

4.1 Illegal Activities

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any laws
• Buy, sell, or facilitate sales of illegal drugs or weapons
• Promote or facilitate human trafficking
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or deceptive practices
• Create fake or misleading accounts

4.2 Harmful Content

• Create, share, or promote content that threatens or bullies others
• Share non-consensual intimate images
• Glorify or encourage violence or self-harm
• Create content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
• Violate others' privacy

4.3 Intellectual Property Violations

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Use another's content without permission
• Create deepfakes or manipulated media to deceive

4.4 AI-Generated Content Prohibition

Linq pO strictly prohibits the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated content generation tools to create content on our platform, including:

• AI-generated text, images, videos, or audio
• Machine learning-generated deepfakes
• Automated content creation or bot-generated messages
• AI-assisted content designed to deceive
• AI tools used to circumvent platform rules

Allowed AI Uses: Accessibility tools, translation services, grammar checking (clearly labeled), and platform-provided safety tools only.

Violations result in: Content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

5. Community Guidelines Compliance

All users must comply with our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

LINQ PO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINQ PO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• $100 USD, OR
• The amount you have paid Linq pO in the 12 months preceding the claim

LINQ PO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• 30-day informal resolution period
• Binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida
• Individual arbitration (no class actions)

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Linq pO after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes.
