Linq pO has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting minors from all forms of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harmful content. This page describes our standards, detection practices, enforcement procedures, and reporting mechanisms.

Linq pO complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including the PROTECT Our Children Act, and all regional and national reporting requirements.

Upon detecting or receiving a report of potential CSAE:

  1. Immediate removal โ€” the content is removed from the platform within 24 hours of confirmation, and often within 1 hour for high-confidence detections.
  2. Account suspension โ€” the account is suspended pending investigation.
  3. Evidence preservation โ€” we preserve content and account data in accordance with law enforcement requirements (18 U.S.C. ยง 2703).
  4. Mandatory reporting โ€” we report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
  5. Permanent ban โ€” confirmed violators are permanently banned from Linq pO.
